Police Outpost outside Sambhal Jama Masjid

Police Outpost outside Sambhal Jama Masjid is being built as I have come across the news. Nowadays, Sambhal has become a favorite topic for media outlets and others. The genesis of this upheaval is some Sanatanis belonging to the Sangh Pariwar that constitutes its political wing BJP, who filed an application before the local Court to conduct the survey of Shahi Jama Masjid at Sambhal.
The Court allowed the application. On which basis the local Court allowed the application, I do not want to go deeper, but it appears prima facie that the permission is not based on any legality and common sense when there is a law in force, which prohibits any such fanatical adventure.
In pursuance to the Court order, the survey began and protest happened wherein about six people lost their lives. Who are responsible for their death, can we find out, this is not an easy task.
Now, the UP Government under Bulldozer Baba, Yogi Aidtyanath is building the police outpost in front of Shahi Jama Masjid Sambhal to ensure safety and security of the people in Sambhal. Here, there is a natural question, on whose land the police outpost is being built. Many claimants have come to the fore. Some of them submit that the land is of the waqf land.
Is the police outpost being built in front of Shahi Jama Masjid Sambhal symbolic that entire waqf lands in India belong to the State? The time would reveal it. However, Indian Muslims are extremely concerned and apprehensive due to the political agenda of the ruling party. Ever since the BJP, a political wing of Sangh Pariwar, whose ideologies are not hidden to anyone, came to power, almost all its policies and actions have been doubted and questioned by the largest minority of India and the construction of the police outpost outside Shahi Jama Masjid at Sambhal is one of them.
